CampusCISO Updates (June 2024)

Hi there -- Here are the latest updates in the CampusCISO portal.

3.1.7 (2024-06-02) -- Bug fix -- Corrected list in the capability assessment so it sorted properly when viewed by users

3.1.8 (2024-06-04) -- Updated scoring logic for faster report generation

3.1.9 (2024-06-04) -- Updated design of Solutions Inventory and Capability Assessment screens to show when data was last updated.

3.1.12 (2024-06-05) -- Bug fixes -- Comments were not displaying in the Planning / Assessment Overview report; Vendor filter options were not displaying correctly in the capability assessment

3.1.15 (2024-06-11) -- Updated scoring algorithms to improve performance of benchmarking comparison data; Updated scores for CampusCISO 2.x data that had been imported to show adoption scores and not just solution availability

3.1.16 (2024-06-11) -- Updated Capability Assessment worksheet to improve performance when performing data entry tasks

3.1.18 (2024-06-12) -- Added Technical Benchmark report view to the planning tools

3.2.1 (2024-06-14) -- Updated Technical Benchmark data grid to show ALL relevant data points for your instance instead of just the newest. This is a placeholder before bringing back the data comparison function to the report, similar to the 2.x version of the website.

3.3.0 (2024-06-24) -- Updated database to prepare for the updated benchmarking reports. Added new routines to calculate benchmark data. Updated all database queries across the application to use the new schema.

3.3.1 (2024-04-24) -- Removed the image download options from the Technical Capability Benchmark report because they do not format correctly. Will work with the vendor to see if there's a fix.

3.3.2 (2024-06-24) -- Bug Fix -- Updated the Technical Benchmark report so that columns sort correctly as numeric values when selected.

3.3.3 (2024-06-24) -- Updated the data analysis routine so that it can be interrupted and restarted without needing to run the whole update sequence from the beginning

3.3.4 (2024-06-25) -- Updated function to save institution profile data to add benchmarking dat

3.3.5 (2024-06-27) -- Updated Technical Capability Benchmark report to allow comparison between two dates and benchmark data.

3.3.6 (2024-06-27) -- Removed the data grid module from the Technical Capability Benchmark report to streamline the user experience. Updated the charts so they can be downloaded as image or PDF in addition to the CSV download.

3.3.7 (2024-06-28) -- Added new data analysis routine to check for missing calculated scores from all report views instead of manually triggering the updates.

3.3.8 (2024-06-28) -- Bug Fix -- Updated the default dates in the Technical Capability Benchmark to adjust for the application automatically adjusting time zones from UTC date time fields.
