New chat support feature

Hi there --

You may notice a new feature while using the CampusCISO site -- a new chat widget!

We'll be developing new content to help you get the most from your CampusCISO membership. Watch for regular updates and additions to the knowledge base and chat features in the coming months!

As part of this launch, we'll also be consolidating the "Feature Request" and email tickets into this new user support tool.
